She helped us to negotiate and offer and ensure a quick turn around on the sale. When items came up on the inspection she was able to recommend local contractors who were able to come in and get all the work done before sale.

3 months to meet THE house that would meet all of the requirements we set out. We were/are some pretty picly buyers and wanted it all: modern home in an old stone house, a pool, a renovated kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, hardwood floors, walls for our paintings and all of this in the right school district. Jackie patiently showed us over 50 homes, drove us around to get to know different neighborhoods better, helped with schools, etc. She also helped us negotiate an agreement on a home we relinquished after inspection, a back-up offer on a home already under contract which we never got, and then, finally, on the home we closed on. Someone less patient and less diligent than Jackie would have sent us packing by then, but Jackie remained as focused as ever on the end goal and provided superb service and attention to her clients. Since the country was shut down when we planned to put the house on the market, we readjusted by some months, which actually gave us more time to better get the house ready to sell.She did a lot of research and was able to gauge the correct price for our house, in the end there were three offers and we got asking price. Jackie was very flexible and understanding, and also very professional. As we left before the house was sold, she supervised the various contractors and saw that the house was clean-even to dusting right before the walkthrough.She was able to explain the negotiation and documents as they were needed. She came in with one arm tied behind her back, due to two prior false starts with my previous agents. Jackie expertly navigated the sale of my home from day one, both handling me smoothly (and I know I can be challenging) and handling the entire process deftly. While I have lived and sold homes in Boston, New Jersey and PA, I have not dealt with a realtor who was more proficient and capable, and a pleasure to work with. Her beautiful British accent is an added bonus. Jackie sold my barn that I had inherited in Newtown Square, PA. In my youth, I had my horses there and rode at Radnor Hunt Club. My parents had bought a farm when I was ten; I had great affection for the barn built in the late 1880s.
